AI assistant

The assistant lives in the console sidebar under Assistant. Ask in plain English; it reads your live workspace data and answers with figures, tables and links into the relevant screens.

What to ask

• "How did Route 4 do yesterday?" — route revenue, stops covered, close variance.
• "What are the top selling items today?" — a ranked table with units and revenue.
• "Which stores are over their credit limit?" — the list, with balances and links to each customer.
• "What stock won't last the week?" — items whose current velocity outruns their stock level.

Every answer states which data it checked, so you can verify rather than trust.

Beyond questions

• Anomaly alerts — unusual movements (a register gone quiet, a margin that jumped) surface proactively.
• Reorder suggestions — proposed POs from stock levels, velocity and vendor lead times.
• Docs answers — "how do I set up a route?" answers from this documentation, with deep links.

Data and permissions

The assistant sees exactly what the signed-in user can see — feature gating and role permissions apply to its answers the same way they apply to every screen.
